Adv. Shprung – Levy is a Partner in the Labor and Corporate Immigration Department.
Adv. Shprung – Levy has extensive professional experience relating to a wide variety of aspects in the labor law field, including advising local and international companies, hi-tech companies and collective companies in acquisitions, offerings and mergers. In this capacity, she provides legal counsel tailored to the needs of each client throughout all stages of the transaction, from the initial planning stages of the transaction structure best suited to the client’s needs, through the due diligence, legal risk assessment and management, negotiating employment aspects of the transaction documents, to employer and employee transfer, inter-corporate plan harmonization and completion of the transaction.
In addition, Adv. Shprung – Levy regularly advises companies regarding a broad array of employment and HR related issues, including recruitment, employment contracts, employee policy and working procedures, remuneration plans, employee termination procedures, implementation of international policies under Israeli law, reorganizations, cutbacks and termination of activities. Adv. Shprung – Levy regularly also represents clients before government authorities in obtaining special permits for salary reductions, work scope changes and employment termination of protected employees, as well as hearings and investigations by the Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs and Social Services regarding alleged labor law violations and special requests for work permits on holidays.
Adv. Shprung – Levy provides legal counsel tailored to the needs of her clients, Israeli and foreign companies, regarding relocation processes and Israeli work visa applications for expert foreign employees, including in relation to national projects.
