Adv. Verhovsky is Co-Head of the firm’s Planning and Construction Practice. Adv. Verhovsky specializes in planning and construction law and among others, advises land owners and Israel’s leading construction companies on residential, commerce and industry construction projects; and advises private and public entities on the advancement of infrastructure and energy projects.
Among others, Adv. Verhovsky handles the drafting and approval of plans before the planning institutions and all courts of law, and advises on the realization and execution of plans. Adv. Verhovsky also represents the expropriating authority in proceedings which regard the expropriation of land for public needs.
In addition, Adv. Verhovsky handles the licensing procedures of the various projects under her care, both regarding the construction licensing aspect and the business licensing aspect.
Adv. Verhovsky has acquired extensive experience in administrative and civil litigation in all courts of law, in the planning and construction and real estate fields, as well as in the representation of clients in criminal proceedings relating to her field of expertise.
Adv. Verhovsky’s clients are from a wide array of business sectors and include, among others, private and public companies, government companies, administrative entities, real estate entrepreneurs, infrastructure, communications, transportation and renewable energy entities, as well as industrial companies and retail chains.
