Adv. Brin was previously a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and Head of the Corporate and Capital Markets Department.
Adv. Brin specializes in mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate laws, local and international public offerings. She accumulated significant reputation in complex cross-border transactions involving multiple jurisdictions, including the U.S., Europe and the Far East, as well as companies from a broad variety of sectors, such as finance, banking, technology, telecommunications, agrochemistry, real estate, tourism, and more.
Adv. Brin regularly handles diverse aspects of corporate law, securities law and corporate governance; advises clients on their regulatory requirements; and possesses vast experience in handling regulatory matters and approvals vis-à-vis the Israeli Securities Authority (ISA); the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE); the Capital Market, Insurance and Savings Authority; the Israel Competition Authority; and others.
In recent years, Adv. Brin was involved in a significant portion of the largest and most significant transactions relating to the Israeli market, several of which worth billions of ILS. Some of these complex transactions were recognized as the most significant and influential transactions in recent years, in Israel and overseas.
In the past, Adv. Brin was a member of the Exemptions and Mergers Committee of the Israel Antitrust Authority (now the Israel Competition Authority), the Head of the Department of Financial Information Systems at Scitex Corporation Ltd., and a lecturer at Tel Aviv University’s School of Economics.
Adv. Brin serves as co-Head of the Capital Markets, Securities and Business Committee of the Israel Bar Association.
Adv. Brin is part of the select group of attorneys ranked as Leading Individuals in the capital markets practice area by The Legal 500 in 2017-2019. She is consistently ranked as one of the leading lawyers in Israel in the corporate, capital markets and M&A fields by local and international guides, including Chambers & Partners, IFLR1000, Dun’s 100, BDI, and others.
