She possesses expertise in representing, leading and managing complex real estate transactions, including large scale residential, commercial and office projects.

Adv. Arava advises clients throughout all development, construction and marketing stages. She advises on all aspects of the project, including planning the outline of the land acquisition; financing the acquisition and development; representing clients before various authorities (local municipality, planning authorities, land taxation authorities and the Israel Land Authority), as well as purchasers and leasers; rights registration before the Land Registration Authority and the Israel Land Authority, including parcellation, shared houses and legal representation of housing companies.

In addition, Adv. Arava represents clients in transactions with the Israel Land Authority, including zoning change transactions, splitting plots, rights transfer and more.
