Adv. Rosh is a Partner in the Real Estate, Planning and Construction Department, and Head of the Land Registration, Rights Transfer and Tenants Practice.
Adv. Rosh possesses extensive experience in land registration, and specializes in parcellation (with or without owner consent), re-parcellation, rights registration, condominium registration on private and state-owned land, and more. She represents her clients before various entities, including the Real Estate Registration Bureau, the Real Estate Taxation Bureau, the Israel Land Administration, the Survey of Israel, the “District Surveyor”, municipalities and planning and construction councils.
Over the years, Adv. Rosh advised on numerous large-scale projects, handling the registration of hundreds of acres of land plots, the registration of dozens of public buildings and zones, and the rights registration of hundreds of housing units.
Among Adv. Rosh’s clients are private clients, commercial companies, contractors, law firms and others.
Adv. Rosh is a member of the National Council of the Israel Bar Association and a Member of the Board of Directors of the Economic Company of The Israeli Bar Association, as well as Co-Head of the Israel Bar Association Property and Real Estate Forum. In this capacity, Adv. Rosh promotes and advises on significant regulatory processes in the land registration field.
Alongside her professional activity, Adv. Rosh lectures in professional seminars and conferences as part of the Israel Bar Association’s academic programs.
Adv. Rosh is a licensed notary since 2014.
Prior to joining the firm, Adv. Rosh headed a boutique law firm that specialized in land registration.
