Adv. Shechter is a partner in the Real Estate, Planning and Construction Department.
Adv. Shechter specializes in the representation, leading and management of real estate transactions, including representing contractors and entrepreneurs, and in the representation of acquisition groups in complex residential, office and commercial real estate projects.
Adv. Shechter provides ongoing legal counsel to the firm’s clients in every stage of the project – from the land purchase negotiations, the signing of the purchase agreement, and drafting cooperative agreements for acquisition groups; through the execution stages of the transactions themselves, including handling the financing agreements, preparing agreements with contractors, planners and consultants; to the final stages of drafting housing unit purchase agreements and the registration of the rights as a condominium apartment building.
Adv. Shechter also provides ongoing counsel to project managers and tenant representatives in cooperative agreements, throughout the project.
Adv. Shechter previously served as an outside lecturer at Tel Aviv University in the faculty of domestic relations and inheritance and in the faculty of private international law. She also published articles in the “Kiryat Mishpat” legal journal, and served as one of its editors.
Among Adv. Shechter’s clients are some of the largest public and private companies in Israel, as well as private entrepreneurs and public bodies.
