Jonathan Biron is an associate in our IP and Privacy Department.
Jonathan advises international and local clients from a wide range of industries, including companies active in the fields of artificial intelligence, software, information security and cyber, social media, e-commerce, and life sciences. He regularly advises clients regarding commercialization, management, and protection of intellectual property, alongside privacy related matters. Furthermore, Jonathan accompanies international transactions of investment and acquisition in which start-ups and technology companies in Israel and abroad are involved.
Jonathan is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and holds certifications as a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E), a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US), and a Certified Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP).
Prior to joining the firm, Jonathan served for six years in the Military Advocate General’s Corps, working in the Office of the Military Advocate for Operational Affairs and the Office of the Chief Military Prosecutor. During this time, he handled complex and sensitive cases involving allegations of wrongdoing during IDF operational activities and managed various policy aspects of the Military Prosecution.
