Adv. Rosen provides ongoing counsel to the firm’s clients in a wide variety of real estate transactions, including tenders for the sale of real estate, contractor agreements, marketing and sale of projects, and acquisition groups for large scale residential and office projects.

Adv. Rosen provides ongoing counsel his clients from the initial acquisition and planning stages, throughout the development process and to the final stages of construction and registration. He also advises on financing and real estate taxation matters, and represents clients before the various authorities.
