Adv. Dikla Betzalel is a partner in the Real Estate, Planning and Construction Department.

Adv. Betzalel provides legal counsel to entrepreneurs and acquisition groups in complex real estate transactions, from the initial planning of the various aspects of the transaction’s outline, throughout the negotiations and up to the signing of the agreement and its execution.

Adv. Betzalel possesses unique expertise in advising on finance transactions for complex, large scale projects, including syndication transactions, as well as representing her clients vis-à-vis the financing entities.

Among others, Adv. Betzalel represents her clients vis-à-vis landowners, real estate tax authorities, planning authorities, financial institutions, contractors, service providers, purchasers and lessees.

Among Adv. Betzalel’s clients are some of the largest public and private companies in Israel, as well as private entrepreneurs and public bodies.
