Adv. Baruch Zacks specializes in the fields of real estate, planning and construction as well as real estate transactions, including purchase and sale transactions, income-yielding lease agreements and urban renewal (TAMA 38 and “Pinoy Binoy”) projects, representing both developers and tenants.
Baruch advises clients from the initial acquisition and planning stages and throughout the development process to the final construction and registration stages. Among others, he advises clients on financing and taxation aspects, and represents clients before various relevant authorities.
