Adv. Lampert is a partner in the International Corporate and Securities Department. Adv. Lampert specializes in business transactions between Israeli and foreign companies, the legal aspects of foreign investments in Israel and the impact of various legal systems on transnational businesses transactions and investments.

Adv. Lampert’s expertise focuses on cross-border M&A transactions, including inbound and outbound transactions and representation of either the acquiring or selling side; international securities offerings by Israeli companies, including representing issuers, selling shareholders and underwriters. In addition, Adv. Lampert handles strategic transactions, where he represents Israeli and foreign parties entering into strategic partnerships.

Adv. Lampert was recognized as a leading Corporate, M&A and Hi-Tech attorney by a number of international guides, including Chambers & Partners, Best Lawyers, and PLC Which Lawyers.

From 1981 to 1986 Adv. Lampert was an associate in the Corporate Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher in New York, and from 1987 until early 2012 he was a partner of another leading Israeli law firm.
