Adv. Daniel Kahn specializes in providing legal counsel and representation to entrepreneurs, start-ups, investors, financial institutions, technology companies and international concerns operating in various fields, including cyber, software, chips, semiconductors, Fin-Tech, Ad-Tech, pharma, Food-Tech, Bio-Med and more, in Israel and abroad.
Daniel advises clients on all commercial aspects of their day-to-day activity, from company establishment through the financing stages to the exit. In this capacity, he accumulated experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as in a broad array of diverse financing transactions and venture capital investments.
Daniel also advises underwriters of representations and warranties (R&W) insurance policies in connection with M&A transactions. In addition, he advises Israeli companies publicly traded in the U.S. on SEC compliance issues, corporate governance and securities offerings.
