Last week, the regulations which allow, under certain circumstances, to provide financial services in Israel without the need for a license, were updated. In the current update, a new type of exemption was also added to the regulations regarding payment services provided by foreign companies. In this update we will review the regulations and the main changes that were introduced in them.
