Congratulations to our long-standing client – Kidmat Eden, for their successful appeal to the Supreme court, receiving approval that upholds their land rights in the Beit Shemesh area, measuring dozens of dunams, on which a project with about 5,000 residential units and large-scale industrial and commercial areas will be built. This transaction is years in the making, starting in 2004 and carrying on through various legal proceedings in 2008 until today, regarding rights in this huge deal valued at billions of shekels.
