Gross, together with our colleagues at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, represented Insight Partners in the $167.5mn Series D financing round in OwnBackup, a leading cloud data protection platform valued at nearly $1.4bn.
The round was co-led by Insight Partners, Salesforce Ventures, and Sapphire Ventures, with participation from existing investors Innovation Endeavors, Vertex Ventures, and Oryzn Capital.
Partners Rick Mann and Rafi Levi represented Insight Partners in the transaction.
