Congratulations to Hadera Economic Company Ltd. and the residents of Hadera for their significant first step towards clean energy activity.
We are proud to have represented the Hadera Economic Company Ltd. during their long tender process, at the end of which the company entered into contract with Miden Technologies Ltd. and Meshek Energy to establish a joint energy venture.
As part of the project, which aims to produce ‘clean and green’ electricity for the residents of the city of Hadera, they will have access to solar power generation systems, energy storage facilities, a power supply system and efficient energy charging stations that will be deployed as part of the transition to electric transportation, municipal waste recycling and treatment facilities, and more. The scope of the project is estimated at hundreds of millions of NIS.
Partner Eitan Rotschild, and Atty. Sigal Ritkop of the Administrative Law, Tenders & Municipal Government Department at our firm represented Hadera Economic Company Ltd. throughout the long and complex process and will continue to support this important project.
