We wish to bring to your attention that on 22.3.2017, the Knesset approved Amendment 115 to the Planning and Building Law, which regulates the authority of the planning institution to receive an indemnity letter from developers, and establishes the authority of the planning institution to collect a betterment levy in respect of the improvement resulting from the approval of an application for a permit under National Outline Plan 38.
