GS Client Update – A Recently Published Draft Amendment Seeks to Reform Israel’s Main Antitrust Statute

Yesterday, on October 30, 2017, the Israeli Antitrust Authority published a draft amendment which includes several significant amendments to the Restrictive Trade Practices Law, 5748-1988, including changing the Law’s name to the “Competition Law.”
