We wish to bring to your attention that yesterday (8.3.2022), the binding version of the Temporary Order was published in the Official Gazette (“Reshumot”). It allows full participation payments to be paid to outside directors for meetings via media / zoom held during the Coronavirus crisis (supplement to 100% participation payments).
