The Annual International and American Accounting Standards Conference

A conference in cooperation with the American law firm Latham & Watkins and CPA firm EY. Notable participants included Paul Dudek, counsel in L&W NY and former Chief of the Office of International Corporate Finance in the US Securities Exchange Commission’s (SEC) Division of Corporation Finance, a position he held for 23 years. Adam Klein’s lecture was titled: “Equity Financing Alternatives for Public Companies in the United States”.
