Recruiting Sources and Partners to Finance Non-Banking Financial Activity – Legal, Regulatory, Taxation and Accounting Aspects

In recent times, vertical and horizontal collaborations have been increasing in the field of raising sources for non-banking financial activity, between entities from the entire regulatory and business spectrum. The collaborations are designed in different ways, such as: establishing a joint body, credit backed by the flow of credit portfolios, purchase of a credit portfolio, purchase of risk, etc. The meeting between different bodies, in a “crowded” regulatory environment, raises various complexities and challenges – legal, regulatory, tax, accounting and commercial.
