Drafting Arbitration Agreements – Do’s and Don’ts

20 September, 2022

Local and international arbitration is increasingly becoming the common way to resolve commercial disputes. The arbitration procedure has many advantages, the most significant of which is the ability of the parties to design the way and manner in which their disputes will be resolved. This design begins already at the stage of drawing up the contract, when drafting the arbitration agreement. However, despite the great importance of drafting arbitration agreements, many times this section is pushed to the last minute and is not given the importance it deserves.

In the upcoming webinar, we will take a closer look at the practical tools for drafting arbitration agreements, locally and internationally, considering the end of the act at the onset. We will talk about what should be thought about in advance so that you have as few worries as possible in retrospect, what is recommended to determine in advance and what is important not to forget.
