Congratulations to our client, data intelligence firm Cyabra Strategy Ltd., on its business combination agreement with Trailblazer Merger Corporation I, a NASDAQ listed special acquisition corporation (SPAC). The transaction values Cyabra at a total enterprise value of $70 Million at signing, and upon the closing the combined company will operate as Cyabra and is expected to be listed on NASDAQ.
Cyabra was represented since incorporation and through this milestone by Chen Manzur, Shany Ben Galim and Arthur Brusilov of our International and Hi-Tech Department. Additional team members who worked on the transaction: Perry Wildes, Nicole Malinger, and intern Ofir Pelley of our International and Hi-Tech department, Shay Fahima, Josef J. Sternthal and Evan Schendler of our Tax Department, and Ella Tevet, Head of the Intellectual Property and Privacy Department.
