Eitan Rotschild, Co-Head of the Administrative Law, Tenders and Local Government department in our office, was invited to give a lecture to the Legal Advisors Association in Local Authorities, at the Israel Bar Association Conference held this week in Eilat.
The professional sessions were attended by heads of local authorities, judges, leading attorneys in the field and representatives of local government entities in Israel.
As part of his lecture, Eitan shared his experience in legal support of municipal authorities and corporations in Israel in tender procedures as well as joint projects with the private sector
(PPP projects and more).
At the conference, burning issues were also on agenda, such as legal advice to the local government, the salaries of the senior officials, legal counselors and lawyers of the state, and local authorities, and innovations in the field of real estate.
