We were happy to represent Alon Israel Oil Company Ltd. in their sale of 80% of their holdings in Alon Gas Energy Development Ltd. in consideration for approximately NIS 395 million.
This is the last asset sale in the framework of the debt settlement of Alon, now owned by its bondholders.
