Adv. Moti Arad, partner in our Industry and Regulation Department, represented Keshet Broadcasting Ltd. (“Keshet”) in a half a million ILS claim filed against it by ACUM and Israeli singer-songwriter Ariel Zilber for alleged copyright violation. The court rejected most of the claim.
