ACCESSIBILITY ARRANGEMENTS – GOLDFARB GROSS SELIGMAN

Goldfarb GROSS Seligman (“The Firm” or “we” or “our”) goes to great lengths and invests many resources to provide all of its clients with equal, dignified, accessible and professional services. In accordance with the 1998 Equal Rights for People with Disabilities Law and the regulations promulgated thereunder, we have implemented the steps necessary to ensure that people with disabilities will be able to enjoy the same services that we provide to the general public.

BUILDING ACCESSIBILITY ARRANGEMENTS
Accessibility arrangement for our offices located on 7 floors (36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 44 and 45) of the Electra Tower (“Electra Tower”) at 98 Yigal Alon Street, Tel Aviv, Israel and on the first floor of the Ampa Building A (“Ampa Building”) at 96 Yigal Alon Street, Tel Aviv, Israel:

• The Electra Tower and Ampa Building comply with the standard for the quota of disabled parking spaces on each floor of the building’s underground parking garage.
• The elevators in Electra Tower and Ampa Building are accessible.
• There is continuity of access from the parking garage through the building lobby and elevators to all of our offices.
• The reception on each floor of our offices includes accessible service posts.
• There are accessible bathrooms on all floors of the building.
• There are identification and directional signs on all floors of the building.
• Service dogs are permitted in Electra Tower and Ampa Building, and in our offices.

Accessibility arrangement for our offices located on 4 floors (37, 38, 39 and 40) of the Azrieli Center 1, the Round Tower, Tel Aviv, Israel (“Azrieli Tower”):

• Disabled parking spaces are available in the Azrieli Tower. “Occasional” vehicles are eligible for a benefit of 5 hours of free parking, subject to presenting a disability certificate and identification at the parking management station on level -1.
•  There is access from the parking lot through the entrance to the reception center (including elevators).
• There are accessible stands for service at the Audience Reception Center.
• There are accessible restrooms in the building lobby and on various floors (10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 49).
• There are identification and direction signs.
• It is permitted to enter the center with a service animal intended to assist a person with a disability.
• In case of need, you can contact the service representatives at the positions to get help filling out forms.

ACCESSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Training of employees to provide accessible services – we conducts training for the firm’s staff in order to familiarize them with accessibility, to create awareness among the staff and to provide practical tools for providing accessible service.

An accessible website enables people with disabilities and elderly people to browse with the same level of efficiency and pleasure as other browsers. Our website has been modified so that all visitors to our website may enjoy a comfortable and accessible browsing experience. Accessibility adjustments have also been made to the mobile-adapted site.
Despite our efforts to make all pages on the website accessible, some sections of the website may not yet be fully accessible.
