Congratulations to our client Accelmed Partners, a private equity firm focused on acquiring and growing commercial-stage HealthTech companies, on its acquisition of the Advanced Rehabilitation business of Bioventus Inc. (Nasdaq: BVS) for up to $45 million. The acquired business develops and markets a neural stimulation system for rehabilitation of patients who have suffered a stroke or with other neuromuscular conditions.
