Adv. David is a Partner in the Commercial and International Litigation Department.
Adv. David specializes in managing complex commercial litigation proceedings in various fields, including infrastructure and energy projects, real estate disputes, business disputes and shareholder disputes.
Adv. David represents her clients before all courts and tribunals, including arbitration and mediation proceedings. In addition, she provides ongoing counsel and legal-strategic advice, and assists in the settlement of disputes before they reach the court.
Adv. David possesses unique expertise and extensive experience in managing complex proceedings in the infrastructure and energy fields, including representing lead contractors, sub-contractors and apartment purchasers in disputes held before various courts. She is also experienced in providing ongoing counsel to company officials, particularly of development and contracting companies, and advises on the litigation aspects of diverse projects throughout the project, from the initial planning stages to project completion.
Among Adv. David’s clients are local and international public and private companies, as well as senior businesspeople, active in the fields of infrastructure, development, international trade and more.
