Adv. Zilberstien is a Partner in the Real Estate, Planning and Construction Department.
Adv. Zilberstien possesses a broad and deep understanding of all financial and legal aspects of the real estate sector.
Adv. Zilberstien specializes in real estate law and transactions, including the representation of acquisition groups, complex real estate transactions and real estate development. In addition, he advises various large scale projects, including residential, commercial, office and logistics projects, from the initial stages of plot acquisition and project planning to the completion of the project.
Among Adv. Zilberstien’s clients are some of Israel’s largest real estate companies, to whom he provides ongoing counsel regarding various transactions and projects.
Since 2012, Adv. Zilberstien is a member of the Real Estate and Properties Committee of the Israel Bar Association.
