Adv. Kessler specializes in corporate law, administrative law, projects, infrastructure and tender law.
Adv. Kessler accumulated significant experience in advising large scale construction and infrastructure projects that integrate planning, finance and corporate aspects. He advises clients throughout all stages of the project – from initial planning and development stages, through construction and to the completion of the project, advising on all related agreement and legal aspects. In this capacity, Adv. Kessler regularly advises public entities and government companies on complex, large scale projects, including a broad range of infrastructure projects, particularly transportation infrastructure and technology driven, smart transportation solutions; technology and IT projects; construction of public buildings and facilities; and projects that involve both the private and public sectors (PPP/BOT).
Adv. Kessler is experienced in tender law, and regularly advises on complex, large scale tenders and other competitive proceedings held by some of Israel’s largest public entities under the Mandatory Tenders Law and related regulations. His experience includes providing ongoing counsel to tender committees of public entities and government companies, as well as advising on complex tender law aspects in dozens of projects in diverse fields.
In addition, Adv. Kessler specializes in the corporate field, advising on mergers and acquisitions, commercial co-operations, joint ventures and supply agreements for products and services, in Israel and abroad. In this capacity, Adv. Kessler advises on various legal matters, including commercial and corporate law, administrative law, financing, investments and more.
Alongside the above, Adv. Kessler provides ongoing counsel to the “Bat Sheva” dance troop as part of the firm’s pro bono activity.
