Adv. Wolpin is a Partner and Head of Real Estate and Hedge Funds Practice in the Corporate and Capital Markets Department. Adv. Wolpin specializes in corporate law, private investments funds, international real estate investments, mergers and acquisitions, and international tenders.
Adv. Wolpin has extensive experience relating to the establishment and ongoing consultation to private investment funds, including private equity funds, real estate funds, venture capital funds, and hedge funds. Adv. Wolpin advises his clients throughout the formation of the investment funds, capital raising from investors and the funds’ ongoing operations in Israel and abroad. Adv. Wolpin also counsels institutional investors on their investments as lead investors in various types of funds.
In addition, Adv. Wolpin has acquired vast experience in the area of international real estate investments in the U.S and Europe. In this field, Adv. Wolpin advises clients on the drafting of investment, joint venture and cooperation agreements with local entrepreneurs and partners, and on all applicable Israeli securities regulation issues related to raising funds from Israeli investors for such purposes, utilizing both his corporate experience and his understanding of private placements regulation in Israel.
Adv. Wolpin also specializes in merger and acquisition transactions in Israel and abroad, and in recent years led complex deals in the media, insurance and energy fields, including all structure planning, contract drafting, and due diligence work related to such transactions.
Adv. Wolpin additionally provides ongoing counsel on various corporate and commercial issues to a large array of clients, and counsels both local and international clients with respect to international tenders in Israel and abroad.
