Adv. Tamar Luz is Head of the Capital Markets Practice in the Corporate and Capital Markets Department, and serves as the Head of Goldfarb Gross Seligman’s Professional Forum.
Tamar specializes in corporate and securities law, and advises public and private companies on capital and debt raising, in both public and private offerings, finance transactions, merger and acquisition transactions, transfer of control transactions, acquisition offers, restructuring and reorganization transactions, and controlling shareholder transactions.
In addition, Tamar regularly advises public and private companies which operate in a wide array of fields, in Israel and abroad, on commercial and regulatory issues, including corporate governance matters, contract law, corporate and securities law, and internal enforcement programs.
Tamar started her career as an intern in our firm’s capital markets department in 1995, became a partner in 2005, and later was promoted to serve as deputy head of our Capital Markets Department.
Between 2019-2024, Tamar served as GC, EVP of Israel Aerospace Industries Ltd., gaining extensive experience in the field of governmental companies and in the defense sector.
