In light of the Coronavirus and emergency regulations, the Commissioner of the Sales Law published a position paper regarding payments to apartment sellers through “vouchers” for a new apartment under the Sale (Apartments) (Assurance of Investments of Persons Acquiring Apartments) Law, 1974. Please note that it is a position paper, not an instruction and therefore the various entities are not obligated to follow it.
