Adv. Maor Rubin specializes in the fields of real estate, planning and construction as well as real estate transactions, specifically urban renewal projects, representing both companies and tenants in TAMA 38 and “Pinoy Binoy” projects.
Maor advises clients from the initial acquisition and planning stages and throughout the development process to the final construction and registration stages. Among others, he advises clients in relation to finance and taxation issues, and represents clients before relevant authorities.
Among Maor’s clients are public companies, private corporations, holding groups, developers and individuals.
