Adv. Shachar advises on complex, multicultural local and international transactions and negotiations, providing creative solutions for the firm’s clients.

In the past, Adv. Shachar served as general counsel to a public telecommunications and IT company, as well as general counsel to an international cyber and HLS projects company.
