Public Company Secretaries Forum

GS held the first meeting of the Public Company Secretaries Forum, jointly established by GS and ACC Israel as a professional forum focusing on practical aspects of the company secretary’s work. The forum was led by Adv. Gur Nabel, partner and Head of the Capital Markets Practice in our Corporate and Capital Markets Department; Adv. Hadar Tsikinovsky Sharabani, senior counsel in the department; and Adv. Inbal Ben Artzi, Legal Counsel and Company Secretary at IBI Investment House. Many important practical matters concerning company secretaries were discussed as part of the first meeting of the forum.
