We wish to bring to your attention again that the guidelines of the Commissioner of Capital Markets, Insurance and Savings regarding the wording of Certification of Insurance (a legal document which attests to the existence of an insurance policy for an insured entity) came into effect on December 1, 2019. The guidelines regarding the renewal of an insurance agreement signed prior to this date will come into effect on July 1, 2021.
